HOW TO USE
FIRST
Starting from the inner corner of the eye, gently sweep the edge of pen as close as possible to the lash line.
NEXT
Angle the tip upwards and move up and out to connect with the outer corner of the eye.
THEN
Connect the outermost tip of the line with the outer third of the lash line in a wing shape.
LAST
When adding more detail, hold the pen upright for a thin line; for a bold line position at an angle and apply with slightly more pressure.
Intense jet black.
