Your pack shipment
Packages are dispatched within max 2 working days, but in 99% of cases in first 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receipt of payment and are shipped using only tracked services with the insurance covering at least the parcel value. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. If your country is not listed or doesn't have any delivery options, contact us, so we can provide a special shipping price for you.
Transport fees vary according to a total weight of the shipment and value of items. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Delivery time
Please note that the estimated delivery time provided at checkout is indicative and not a guarantee. There may be instances where orders are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
Please be prepared and allow extra time especially during peak delivery periods like Black Friday, Christmas or around New Year, as well as in case of orders not in UK. Standard courier services don't have guaranteed delivery time and even if they deliver vast majority of orders on time, delays are still happening due to unforeseen events. Some countries tend to have a very long local processing times, especially, but not exclusive, when customs are involved.
Therefore the delivery time presented on our website is only indicative.
Delayed and lost deliveries
In the event that your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, we kindly ask for your patience. We are unable to file a complaint with our courier services until at least 10 days past the estimated delivery time for UK domestic destinations, 20 for European destinations and 25 days for all other international destinations. It then typically takes about a week for the courier to investigate and establish the status of the domestic delivery. International ones usually take 2-4 weeks to investigate, since it usually involves cross-border communication between different couriers.
We reserve the right to treat the order as delayed until it is confirmed as lost by the courier, or if the delivery is not confirmed in the tracking information 14 days after the estimated delivery time for domestic deliveries, or 30 days for international deliveries.
In cases where the courier is able to locate and deliver your order, we reserve the right to allow the courier an extra 5 working days (on top of 14/30 days deadline) to deliver it since the find was confirmed.
If the courier confirms the loss of the package, or if the delivery is not confirmed in the tracking information within the aforementioned time frames, we will then proceed with issuing a refund or replacement as per our refund policy.
We understand that this may cause some inconvenience and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters. Our goal is to ensure a fair resolution for all parties involved while minimizing potential losses.

If matters are urgent, please let us know by leaving a message on the order page and select the express postage if it is available. If not, please contact us ASAP, we usually respond promptly to all messages.

Worldwide delivery
Due to almost all German addressed parcels being returned without an attempt to deliver to the right address, we are suspending all deliveries to Germany until we clarify this situation. |
Worldwide delivery prices and services vary depending on a destination country, basket value and parcel weight. All orders with destination outside of UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and charges which are not included in the final checkout price or shipping cost and depend on the items' customs values. These charges are at the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to find out what additional costs you might be required to pay. Responsibilities
We take responsibility for the parcel journey to the provided delivery address as required by the law.
But it is your responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address and contact information were provided when registering your account registration or making a purchase. We take no responsibility for any issues if we received incorrect information.
It is also your responsibility to ensure that parcels can be delivered to the delivery address provided and will be collected on time (either at the door or in the local collection point), before the courier decides to return it back to us. We reserve the right to deduct postage costs from the refunded amount if the parcel is returned back to us because it has not been collected by the recipient or there were any access restrictions at the provided delivery address, that prevented the courier from successfully delivering the order.
