HOW TO USE IT

Everlasting Lip Liner works as a base under lipstick, or on its own for matte color that lasts.
If you need a crisp, tight line, lightly pinch the tip of the lip liner to press it into a precise point.
To make sure you get a straight lip line, tilt your chin upward when looking in the mirror so it's easier to spot a wobbly line.

On clean + dry lips, use the precision tip to line + define.
Fill in with the angled edge.
Blot lips with a tissue.
Let it set for about 30 seconds to lock in bold color [no rubbing or smacking].
